You’ll collaborate with top legal, risk, and AI experts, and have the freedom to innovate on behalf of customers who demand the highest standards in security, compliance, and performance.What You’ll DoTechnical Leadership: Architect and implement complex solutions for Search infrastructure—data pipelines, indexing, query processing, distributed systems.System Ownership: Take full ownership of major Search components, ensuring stability, performance, and scalability as user demand grows.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, data science, platform, and AI teams to align technical roadmaps and deliver impactful solutions.Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve bottlenecks, optimize code for efficiency and low latency.Innovation: Research and implement new technologies, algorithms, and design patterns to evolve the Search platform.Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior engineers, championing technical best practices and a culture of learning.What We’re Looking For8+ years of experience in high-ownership roles, ideally at Tier 1 venture-backed startups.Deep expertise in Search, NLP, and scalable distributed systems.Native AI user, hands-on IC engineer, and a strong cultural fit—pro-mentorship, collaborative, and driven.Experience with Java, C++, Python, Go, and major cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS).Track record of building secure, enterprise-grade software for demanding customers.Why Join Us?We’re redefining legal work with AI-powered Augmented Intelligence, helping Fortune 500 teams move faster, manage risk, and unlock new business value.
