The candidate must have a bachelor's degree, and five years of related experience. The candidate must also be self-motivated, work well with others, and have excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills. A flexible hybrid-remote work schedule is available after 30 days of employment.Typical responsibilities include:Invoicing & Financial CoordinationSupport monthly invoicing activities by gathering backup, organizing information, and assisting with reviewsAssist with tracking subconsultant invoices and coordinating documentationMaintain invoice and billing logs to support timely processingStrong attention to detail with the ability to review documents for accuracy and completenessProficient in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, formulas, tracking logs, basic reporting)Ability to maintain organized project documentation and recordsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendorsTime management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines Familiarity with construction/project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar) preferred Experience managing and tracking RFIs (Requests for Information) and submittalsProblem-solving skills and ability to follow up pro actively Ability to work independently and in a team environmentMaintain a safe work environment.Education:Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business, or equivalent fields>Skills/Experience:0-3 years' experience in a leadership role in project controls; 1 to 3 years in a supervisory role is beneficial.Special Skills: This position requires excellent organizational skills in order to accommodate multiple tasks simultaneously and excellent communication skills at all levels.
