The Scrum Master will support T2 Systems using Agile Scrum and Kanban methodologies. This individual will support multiple Products (8 Sprint Teams) in software development across the T2 Portfolio of Product offerings by maintaining Agile disciplines with a daily cadence. Candidates in this role will work with the Software Development leaders and the SVP of Technology to build and maintain sustainable high performing teams. Key Responsibilities: Plan and lead quarterly iteration planning sessions across product lines Schedule and facilitate Scrum Agile ceremonies throughout the sprint for all teams. Foster and motivate a culture of openness, collaboration and continuous improvement. Work with Product Owners, engineering leaders, and architecture to prioritize and groom Product backlogs. Work with Product Owners, engineering leaders, and architecture to gather prioritized User Stories in a timely manner for Sprint Planning. Escalate and manage Impediments to ensure successful Sprint completions. Coach Teams on the basics of Scrum or Kanban (as needed) in simple terms. Uphold the Agile methodology values and principles; facilitate Scrum Agile ceremonies, focusing teams to deliver value quickly. Continuously monitor teams to ensure Sprint completion to coordinate with committed Release dates. Gather, document, and present Sprint metrics on an as needed basis. Support IT in day to day KanBan operations. Set a professional example for the team through model behavior, superior performance, and proper attendance Drive the team to meet deadlines Facilitate teamwork to meet goals Mentor junior/new members of the team Identify and encourage areas for professional growth and improvement within the team Assess and suggest opportunities for process improvement Assure timely entry of time into Jira and Azure DevOps Promote adherence to departmental/software development process standards Develop project plans and manage projects as required Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Project Management or equivalent experience Scrum Master Certification Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organization skills and attention to detail Advanced problem solving skills with the ability to effectively problem-solve, analyze, and react effectively to change 5+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master 5+ years professional work experience Understand implementation details of Scrum Understand Agile Software development process Experience working independently in a fast paced Agile environment Ability to work in a rapidly growing fast-paced environment and manage multiple competing priorities within deadlines Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Experience working across multiple Teams Experience with onshore and offshore resources Experience using Agile Scrum Management Tool such as Jira and Azure DevOps PMP Certification Contact T2 Systems Inc End date Thursday, September 26, 2024 12:00 AM From T2 Systems, Inc.
