As a TPM supporting the Customer Success, Professional Services, and Global Public Sector portfolios, you'll partner closely with executives and key stakeholders to drive complex initiatives while shaping how AI-assisted workflows redefine modern program management. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution — and the impact is real.What You'll Be DoingLead end-to-end programs by aligning teams on scope, release planning, vision, and business goals — securing cross-functional buy-in at every stageDrive delivery using Agile methodologies, applying strong analytical and technical skills throughout the software engineering lifecycleFacilitate executive Steering Committees to resolve blockers, align on funding, and drive critical go/no-go decisionsBuild and maintain partnerships with key functional stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Release Management, TechOps, Capacity, and Functional ManagementRun cross-functional syncs to proactively map dependencies and clear the critical path before issues ariseProvide ongoing program visibility through push status reporting — covering issues, risks, and metrics for all stakeholders and team membersManage feature and program dependencies across multiple teams, scrum teams, functions, and divisionsDeliver monthly program reviews with a deep dive into goals, risks, and escalationsChampion AI productivity and automation tools within the product lifecycle to improve delivery metrics, optimize resource workflows, and build predictive risk modelsFoster a collaborative environment that supports creativity, innovation, and continuous learningRequired QualificationsWhat We're Looking For5+ years leading complex software or business technology programs, including at least 2 years on enterprise-scale initiativesDeep familiarity with Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle, applied in large, cross-functional environmentsProven ability to build credibility with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders — translating technical complexity into clear, actionable directionExperience facilitating executive-level forums and driving alignment across diverse teams in a matrixed organizationA foundation in TPM practice paired with curiosity or hands-on experience using AI tools to improve delivery outcomesPreferred QualificationsExperience working within Business Technology or IT organizations at an enterprise SaaS companyFamiliarity with Salesforce products, platform architecture, or the Salesforce ecosystemExperience deploying or integrating AI/ML tools into program or product delivery workflowsPMP, SAFe, or equivalent Agile certificationExperience managing programs within Customer Success, Professional Services, or Public Sector portfoliosWhy Join?This is a high-visibility role where your work directly shapes how Salesforce delivers technology at scale — and where you'll have the latitude to rethink what TPM can look like in an AI-forward world.
