Envirocheck is seeking an Administrative Assistant that is bright, friendly, and highly motivated with strong organizational skills. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and provide excellent customer service to our clients. Duties and Responsibilities Correspondence with Clients Assist logistical coordination Data Entry Mailing Handling Walk in Clients Administrative Support Schedule 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Qualifications and Skills Must have a friendly and outgoing demeanor Must be able to work independently as well as with a team Must be able to multi-task Must be punctual with good attendance Ability to work in a highly organized and efficient manner Education High school or equivalent (Required) Experience Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required) Customer Service: 1 year (Required) Benefits 3 months of paid training Health Insurance 401K with matching Paid Sick Time & Vacation Time Paid Company Holidays This is a temp-to-hire position.
