Cyber Security Engineer

Vaco is looking for a skilled Cyber Security Engineer to join the team of a growing manufacturing client in the Dallas area. An Engineer in this role will need to have advanced level knowledge of MS Security Solutions and Azure Services. A CISSP certification is required.This position is a contract-to-hire opportunity and on-site 3 days a week in Dallas, TX.Qualifications7+ years of experience in Cyber Security as an Analyst and/or EngineerExperience administering user accounts, permissions, access controls, devices, and applications5+ years of experience deploying MS Security Solutions - MS Defender (AAD IPC, MDO, MDE, MCAD, MDI), MS Sentinel, Defender for Cloud, Azure Arc, Intune, and MS Information ProtectionExperience managing incidents and investigations with MS Defender and Sentinel5+ years of experience with Azure - Azure Active Directory (Conditional Access, PIM, AIP, Azure MFA)5+ years of experience with IAM concepts and tool -- AD, LDAP, Azure AD, RBAC (identity federation, separation of duties, least privilege) Planning, implementing, and managing IAM solutionsInvestigating and resolving Issues and incidentsMonitoring and auditing activities and events5+ years of experience configuring and managing authentication and authorization protocols -- SSO, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect5+ years of experience with infrastructure architecture -- on-prem/hybrid public cloud, LAN/WAN, Virtualization, Security, etc.
