Job Title: CNC Machinist (1st Shift) Shift Hours: 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (plus OT) Location: South Bay Pay: $20.00 to $28.00 / Job Class: Temp-to-Hire Description:CNC Machinist is responsible for operating Multi-Axis Machines, Vertical/Gantry/Horizontal Rotary (4th) Axis Mills, CC Lathes/Routers and/or 5 Axis Core Mills.Set Up Machines, Adjust, Verifies parts conformity to blue print/specification and operates machinesCapable for independently selecting proper tools for set up and operation of Multi-Axis CNC equipment and a variety of manual/automatic machinesSet up all tolls and using precision measuring equipmentSet up machines with furnished jigs and fixtures to machine production partsQualifications:Efficient use of CNC Multi-Axis machines, CNC Lathes/Routers and/or 5 Axis Core MillsDemonstrated use of manual machining/honing/grinding equipmentProficient ability to read/understand blue print & specificationsMust demonstrate common sense and possess mechanical aptitude and abilities Experience/Training/Education/CertificationHigh school diploma or G.E.D. preferredPass background and drug screenPandoLogic.
