Job Description Monday-Friday2nd shift 3:30PM -12:05AM$19-27 DOECNC Machinists Aerospace ManufacturingJob SummaryThe CNC Operator supports daily aerospace manufacturing operations in a fast paced team environment. This role focuses on running CNC milling centers, supporting production flow, and maintaining quality and safety standards. Flexibility and attention to detail matter.Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Operate multiple 3 axis and 5 axis CNC milling machines simultaneouslyLoad raw materials and unload finished machined parts to maintain production flowMonitor machining cycles to ensure continuous operationVerify setup accuracy using internal documentation and job travelersInspect cutter assemblies and monitor tool life using micrometers and calipersReplace cutting tools as requiredPerform basic dimensional and geometric inspections on machined partsComplete basic deburring and edge break for part safety and downstream operationsMaintain part quality in compliance with AS9100 requirementsOperate forklifts and overhead cranes for material and work holding movementMaintain clean and organized work areas following 6S standardsLog production activity accurately in the ERP systemSupport CNC machine upkeep including coolant levels, filter cleaning, and chip bin removalIdentify and report continuous improvement opportunitiesQualifications • Entry level to junior CNC experience preferredExposure to aerospace manufacturing environments a plusAbility to read basic manufacturing documentation and travelersComfortable using hand measuring tools such as calipers and micrometersForklift and overhead crane experience preferred or willing to trainStrong attention to detail and qualityTeam focused mindset with flexibility to support production needsPhysical Requirements • Ability to stand for extended periods• Lift up to 25 lbs• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environmentThis position requires access to export-controlled technical data subject to US export control laws (including ITAR)PandoLogic.
