We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Laser Tattoo Removal Technician with the following attributes: Must carry certification from an accredited Esthetic Laser Program. Alternatively you must have 2 years experience in esthetic laser procedures and be willing to obtain certification in Laser Tattoo Removal from an accredited Esthetic Laser Program. Must be positive, professional, personable and possess excellent customer service skills Must have a passion for the laser esthetic industry and the ability to maintain discretion in regards to client information and treatments Must be proficient in Adobe, Microsoft Office, and the use of Apple devices as well as have the ability to perform administrative tasks such as returning phone calls, emails and scheduling Must have an acute attention to detail, have the ability to multi-task and possess strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills Must possess the ability to take initiative and work independently, while also coordinating with other team members Experience in marketing through the use of social media highly desirable Responsibilities will include: Perform aesthetic laser tattoo removal treatments in a safe and effective manner according to protocol, and the ability to evaluate client treatment plans based on results from previous treatments Provide new and existing clients with information regarding treatment plans, expectations during treatments, accurate pricing, and aftercare information Maintaining accurate treatment records, including client notes and photos Ensuring client questions and concerns are addressed Promptly returning calls, emails and inquires through social media Completion of daily sales paperwork, daily cleaning of laser and laser accessories, and daily cleaning of the procedural room We offer competitive hourly pay and commission plus tips, a consistent guaranteed schedule and opportunities to advance professionally within the business.
