Trusts & Estates Associate

A well-regarded mid-sized law firm is seeking a junior Trusts & Estates Associate to join its Chicago office. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across estate planning and administration while working closely with experienced attorneys in a collaborative environment.Responsibilities:Support estate planning and trust/estate administration mattersDraft estate planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney)Assist with probate and trust administration processesConduct legal research and support tax and wealth transfer planningWork closely with senior attorneys on a range of client mattersAssist with client communication and ongoing file managementQualifications:1–3 years of trusts & estates experienceExposure to estate planning and/or probate administration preferredStrong drafting, research, and organizational skillsSolid academic backgroundAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentIllinois bar admission required
