For more information, please visit SHINING 3D on the .ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Record to Report, timely prepare financial statement (Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Cash Flow report) based on US GAAP.Manage annual budget, including variance analysis, revenue growth and expense variation analysis by difference aspect.Oversee cash management operations. Develop and implement short-term and long-term investment strategiesOversee tax planning and compliance, including preparation and sales taxes, and other applicable taxes to ensure compliance and minimize tax liability. Coordinate with tax agent with federal, state, and local corporate income taxes.Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team (accountants, financial analysts, etc.), setting performance goals, providing training, and fostering a collaborative work environment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, HR, legal) to align financial strategies with business objectives.Asset Management.
