All Part-Time employees are required to work 20 hours minimum.The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:Caregiver responsibilities include:Providing companionship and conversationPreparing and serving mealsAssist with bathing and groomingLight housekeeping and laundryShopping, errands, and transportationOther duties as assignedDo you have experience with:Previous caregiving experience (preferred but not required)A passion for caregiving and a desire to help othersA commitment to being present and providing quality careEmpathy, patience, kindness and respectAbility to carry out direction, both verbal and writtenAbility to effectively manage the demands of the job
