Outside Sales ManagerRelate Search has been retained by a global manufacturer of capital equipment to find an outstanding Outside Sales Manager to maintain and build relationships in the southeastern region of the United States. This company has significant partnerships with customers in the region and is interested in adding a phenomenal professional with a background in capital equipment to take over and expand the relationships. As a key member of the sales team, you will have significant opportunities for recognition and growth within the global team.Key Responsibilities:Ability to visit potential customers weekly/monthly to build/maintain relationships and have a good understanding of market trends and dynamicsAttendance at local and national industry trade shows and market eventsIdentify new sales opportunities and following through to completionCollaborate with Engineering to create full technical planPresent complete solutions-based proposals with multiple pieces of mechanical equipment that make up a complete systemLead presentations that demonstrate the "value proposition" of the products offered as they relate to the clients' needsQualifications:Bachelor's Degree3+ years of sales experience in bulk materials handling and/or capital equipmentExperience in sales, specifically qualifying, closing, meeting and exceeding quotasSignificant working knowledge and comfort working with CRM systemsExperience in managing customers for multiple levels, styles and types of equipmentAbility to travel up to 50%This company offers a competitive salary plus monthly, quarterly, and annual bonuses, and additional sales incentives for this role.
