We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead the design and execution of complex turnkey processing systems, including integrated skid systems and tank solutions, for the sanitary manufacturing industries.This role serves as a technical leader and subject matter expert, driving system performance, mentoring engineers, and interfacing directly with clients.What You'll DoTechnical LeadershipLead design of complex systems: Multi-skid processing linesAdvanced CIP/SIP and aseptic systemsProvide technical direction and mentor engineering teamProcess Design & ExecutionOwn full project lifecycle from concept through commissioningApprove PFDs, P&IDs, and engineering deliverablesPerform and validate advanced process calculationsEnsure systems meet performance, cost, and schedule targetsClient & Project InterfaceLead customer technical discussionsSupport proposals, estimates, and design reviewsParticipate in design reviews and risk assessmentsCompliance & OptimizationEnsure compliance with FDA, cGMP, 3-A, ASME BPEDrive standardization and cost reduction initiativesWhat You BringBachelor's degree in chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering7+ years of experienceProven experience delivering turnkey skid/tank systemsDeep knowledge of sanitary design, CIP/SIP systemsStrong leadership, communication, and client-facing capabilitiesKPIs for SuccessSuccessful delivery of projects (schedule, budget, performance)System performance and customer satisfaction post-commissioningAccuracy and quality of engineering deliverablesReduction in design iterations and project reworkMentorship and development of junior engineersContribution to standardization, cost reduction, and innovationWin support for proposals and repeat businessTravel Expectations20–40% travelFrequent travel for: Client meetings and design reviewsFAT oversightCommissioning leadership and startupOccasional extended site assignments (2–4 weeks during critical phases)Utilization Target 70% – 80% billable utilizationLower than mid-level due to: Leadership responsibilitiesProposal and business development workMentoring and internal standards developmentCompensation$115,000 – $150,000+ base salary + bonus + benefitsCompensation details: 115000-150000 Yearly SalaryPI394370dfa77c-25405-40602112
