We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Process Engineer II to support the design and delivery of turnkey process systems, including skid-mounted equipment and tank systems, for sanitary manufacturing industries.This role is responsible for developing complete process solutions—from concept and design through fabrication, installation, and commissioning—ensuring systems meet performance, quality, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in hygienic process design and a strong understanding of integrated system delivery.What You’ll DoDesign systems including: CIP/COP, mixing, filtration, dosing skids, storage & process tanksDevelop PFDs, P&IDs, and layoutsPerform advanced calculations and system sizingSpecify process equipmentCoordinate with fabrication and automation teamsSupport commissioning and troubleshootingWhat You BringBachelor’s degree in chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering3–6 years of experienceExperience with skid systems or plant processesStrong sanitary design and CIP/SIP knowledgeKPIs for SuccessOn-time delivery of system designsAccuracy and completeness of deliverablesEquipment sizing performance (minimal redesign)Coordination effectiveness across teamsSystem performance at FAT/startupContribution to cost control and efficiencyTravel Expectations10–25% travelRegular travel for: FAT and system testingCustomer site visitsCommissioning/startup supportOccasional extended trips (1–2 weeks during startup)Utilization Target 75% – 85% billable utilizationExpected to: Independently contribute to revenue-generating projectsBalance project execution with limited internal support workCompensation$85,000 – $115,000 base salary + bonus + benefitsCompensation details: 85000-115000 Yearly Salary
