Subject Line: Registered Nurse / Critical Care - $1,600 to $1,800 per week in Tyler, TX Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Tyler, TX Agency: RadGov, Inc Pay: $1600- $1800/week for traveler / Local pay rate :$48 Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP Location : Tyler, TX Assignment: 13 Weeks | Night 3x12-Hour Guaranteed Hours: 36 Weekly Pay Package Weekly Tax Free Stipend to be paid $929.60 Weekly Straight Pay (Taxable) $936.00 Weekly Overtime Pay (Taxable) $0.00 Weekly Gross $1,865.60 Registered Nurse (RN) The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing high-quality patient care, coordinating with healthcare teams, and ensuring patient safety and comfort. The RN assesses patient needs, develops and implements nursing care plans, administers medications, and monitors patient progress. Key Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans Monitor patient health, record symptoms, and document medical information accurately Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Assist in diagnostic tests and analyze results Educate patients and families about health conditions and post-treatment care Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams Maintain a safe and clean working environment Respond to medical emergencies and provide critical care when necessary Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred for certain departments) Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience (preferred, may vary by facility) Skills and Competencies Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work in fast-paced environments Compassionate and patient-centered approach Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) system.
