The ideal candidate will bring strong aerospace manufacturing expertise, real-time problem-solving capability, and a continuous improvement mindset.Required Qualifications:B.S. in a relevant engineering subject (Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial, or other)3+ years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer within an aerospace production environment.Hands-on experience with metallic and/or composite fabrication, assembly processes, and engineering support on the shop floor.Demonstrated proficiency applying lean manufacturing principles and structured problem-solving methods (e.g., RCCA, 5 Why, fishbone, kaizen).Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross functionally and influence without authority.Ability to travel frequently between client sites (up to 30%).Preferred Qualifications:Experience using CATIA, Teamcenter, SAP, and Solumina.Experience with composite material systems, bond processes and equipment.Prior work supporting nacelle or aircraft structures production environments.
