Aerospace Product and Parts ManufacturingIndustrial Machinery ManufacturingMetalworking Machinery ManufacturingPharmaceutical and Medicine ManufacturingOther Transportation Equipment ManufacturingManufacturing Engineer Job Opportunity at Riverside CA | Riverside, California, United States Indotronix is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for a Job Opportunity in Riverside CAJob Title: Manufacturing EngineerLocation: Riverside CA 92503Duration: 12 Months ContractPay Rate: $56.81/hr on W2SHIFT: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PMTravel up to 25% travel between Chula Vista, CA - Riverside, CA - San Marcos, TX - Foley, AL - Mexicali, MXJob Description:• Provide daily shop floor engineering support to ensure manufacturing flow, resolve issues, and maintain production schedules.• Lead and support process standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives across fabrication and assembly operations.• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to disposition nonconformances, implement corrective actions, and maintain configuration control.• Apply lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste, improve throughput, and enhance process stability.• Support development and updates of manufacturing plans, standard work, tooling requirements, and process documentation.• Leverage digital manufacturing tools for process analysis, model interrogation, and configuration management.• Coordinate and support activities across both the Riverside and Chula Vista facilities, requiring regular inter-site travel.Required Qualifications• B.S. in a relevant engineering subject (Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial, or other)• 3+ years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer within an aerospace production environment.• Hands-on experience with metallic and/or composite fabrication, assembly processes, and engineering support on the shop floor.• Demonstrated proficiency applying lean manufacturing principles and structured problem solving methods (e.g., RCCA, 5 Why, fishbone, kaizen).• Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross functionally and influence without authority.• Ability to travel frequently between Collins Aerospace sites (up to 30%).Preferred Qualifications• Experience using CATIA, Teamcenter, SAP, and Solumina.• Experience with composite material systems, bond processes and equipment.
