The Board plays a crucial role in guiding the organization's programming and activities, from managing a large LGBTQIA+ library to hosting various community events. We are particularly interested in candidates with a can-do attitude who are willing to roll up their sleeves and contribute to the all-volunteer-led mission of the organization. As a Board member, you will be expected to be a voice for the entire LGBTQIA+ community, and we encourage diverse members of the community to apply.The time commitment for Board members is currently approximately 1-3 hours per week, with a focus on a capital investment campaign and the rebuilding of programming at a new interim center location. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the mission of the organization and ready to help us grow and strengthen our legacy.
