Remote Engineer II, Full Stack

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to develop and maintain scalable, secure, and efficient healthcare-related software systems.Responsibilities IncludeDesigning, estimating, and delivering medium-to-large features while reducing technical debt.Contributing to backend and frontend development using test-driven methodologies.Developing APIs, data models, and integrating with third-party systems.Optimizing data interactions for performance and security.Creating user interfaces aligned with UX designs.Supporting automated testing suites for functional and non-functional requirements.Proactively assisting team members and following established processes for consistent delivery.Qualifications And SkillsProficiency in technologies such as Java (SpringBoot), Angular, Typescript, and JavaScript.Experience with cloud solutions (preferably AWS), large-scale systems, and databases like PostgresSQL.Knowledge of FHIR standards, AI/ML, and system interoperability is a plus.Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.Additional RequirementsU.S. citizenship or Green Card with residency in the U.S. for at least three years.Ability to pass a US Government background investigation for a Public Trust role.Work Environment And BenefitsRemote-first culture with flexible scheduling.Comprehensive health insurance, paid time off, holidays, 401K, wellness resources, and employee discounts.Supportive, collaborative team focused on impactful healthcare solutions.
