Senior Electrical Engineer

Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.8+ years of relevant electrical engineering design experience in building systems.Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred; EIT required if not yet licensed.Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and standard electrical design/calculation tools.Strong knowledge of NEC, IEEE, NFPA, Title 24, and other applicable codes and standards.Experience with power distribution, lighting, controls, emergency systems, and coordination with utility requirements.Demonstrated ability to lead projects, mentor staff, and manage multiple deadlines.Strong written, verbal, and client communication skills.Preferred Skills:Experience in industrial/manufacturing, cold storage, automotive, aerospace, medical, or education facilities.Knowledge of low-voltage systems, fire alarm systems, and communication systems.Experience with construction administration and field coordination.Project management or team leadership experience in a multidisciplinary A/E environment.Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Paid time off and holidays.Retirement plan options.Professional development and training opportunities.
