With at least 8 years of experience in Sales Compensation, Sales Operations, Finance, or other highly detail-oriented quantitative roles, you have honed your skills in managing complex compensation systems. You excel in environments requiring high attention to detail and accuracy and are proficient in advanced Excel modeling. Your experience with systems like SAP, Anaplan, Callidus, and SFDC sets you apart as a technical expert. You are a clear communicator, a natural problem solver, and a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced settings. With at least 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience, you can coach and mentor team members to achieve their best. Your ability to build partnerships and solicit feedback from internal business partners ensures the development of successful, scalable processes and practices.What You’ll Be Doing:Leading the development and oversight of key project plans to increase automation, consistency, accuracy, and integrity of compensation systems and operations.Building partnerships and soliciting feedback from internal business partners to define and develop successful, scalable processes, and practices.Coaching, mentoring, and providing leadership development to team members.Analyzing sales performance results to assess, recommend, and manage compensation outcomes.Maintaining a high level of customer service, including timely research and response to inquiries on compensation-related issues.Overseeing monthly audit activities and processes to ensure compliance with our Sales Commission and Bonus Policy.The Impact You Will Have:Enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales compensation processes through automation and best practices.Driving accuracy and integrity in compensation systems, ensuring fair and timely payments to our sales personnel.Developing scalable processes that support the growth and success of our sales teams worldwide.Providing leadership and development opportunities to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Ensuring compliance with company policies and external regulations through diligent audit and oversight activities.Contributing to the overall success of Synopsys by supporting the achievement of sales targets and business objectives.What You’ll Need:A bachelor’s degree in a business-related field is strongly preferred.Advanced Excel skills with an emphasis on modeling.High attention to detail and accuracy.At least 8 years experience in Sales Compensation, Sales Operations, Finance, or other highly detail-oriented quantitative positions.At least 5 years of system experience in SAP, Anaplan, Callidus, SFDC, and/or other SPM solutions.At least 3 years in a supervisory role or a Senior/lead role with an emphasis on coaching and mentoring team members.Who You Are:Clear communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.A natural leader who can coach and mentor team members effectively.Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in your work.Collaborative team player who builds strong partnerships.Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.The Team You’ll Be A Part Of:You will be part of the Sales Compensation team, working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment supporting Sales teams worldwide. Reporting to the Director of Sales Compensation, you will manage a team of 3-5 direct reports, focusing on the development, implementation, communication, and administration of Sales Compensation quotas, plans, and policies.
