How you’ll make an impact in this role Proficiently manage circulating and scrub nurse roles during complex cases such as angiography, biopsies, and stent placements. Administer procedural sedation (conscious/moderate) and maintain continuous hemodynamic and vital sign assessment throughout the procedure. Implement strict radiation safety protocols (ALARA) and serve as a patient advocate by ensuring informed consent and verifying NPO status. Execute thorough pre-procedure assessments and deliver detailed post-operative education and recovery monitoring to prevent complications. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Required Credential(s): BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Preferred Credential(s): Advanced Life Support. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
