Project Description Our client is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator & APEX Developer for a contract engagement within their IT department. This role focuses on the daily management, troubleshooting, and bug-fixing of a Workforce solution built on Salesforce, ensuring system stability and supporting critical workforce operations. Key Responsibilities Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce forms Configure and maintain field-level security and validation rules Perform APEX development for platform support and enhancements Manage profiles for users and service accounts Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to maintain platform stability Mandatory Skills 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with APEX Development Strong Salesforce troubleshooting and bug-fixing skills Strong SOQL skills, including query optimization and cross-table queries Excellent communication skills for status reporting and stakeholder requirements discovery Ability to work independently and complete work in a timely manner Nice-to-Have Skills Not specified in job requirements
