You’ll partner closely with Sales, Field Marketing, and Digital Marketing teams to create strategic outreach campaigns, engage enterprise buyers, and position Sirion’s AI-powered CLM platform as a transformational business solution.How You’ll Make an Impact: • Drive Pipeline Creation: Own inbound and outbound prospecting activities across strategic enterprise accounts to generate qualified meetings and Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAOs).• Engage Enterprise Buyers: Conduct high-level discovery conversations with multiple buyer personas to identify business pain points and position Sirion’s value proposition effectively.• Execute Strategic Outreach: Leverage multi-channel outreach strategies across calls, emails, LinkedIn, and social engagement platforms to build consistent and meaningful engagement using Outreach.io.• Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate closely with Sales, Field Marketing, and Digital Marketing teams to align account strategies, campaign messaging, and pipeline goals.• Build Account Intelligence: Research industries, target accounts, and key stakeholders to create personalized, insight-driven outreach campaigns.• Support Marketing Initiatives: Drive attendance and engagement for regional events, webinars, and field marketing initiatives, including participation where required.• Continuously Optimize: Experiment with new outreach tactics, messaging strategies, and engagement approaches to improve conversion rates and overall impact.Skills & Experience You Bring to the Table • Sales Development Experience: 3+ years of experience in a professional environment with exposure to sales development, SaaS sales, marketing, or enterprise business development functions.• Enterprise Mindset: Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and navigating complex enterprise organizational structures.• Outbound & Inbound Expertise: Proven ability to manage high-volume outreach while maintaining thoughtful, high-quality prospect interactions.• Communication Excellence: Strong verbal, written, and listening skills with a confident and professional phone presence.• CRM & Sales Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience using Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach.io, or similar sales engagement platforms.• Self-Starter Mentality: Highly motivated, target-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.• Collaboration & Curiosity: Enjoy working cross-functionally while learning how different teams contribute to overall revenue growth.• Growth Orientation: Passionate about building a long-term career within enterprise SaaS sales.• Tech Savvy: Prior experience working within B2B technology or SaaS environments is strongly preferred.Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion We are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
