Schedule & Training * *Training:* Onsite, starting at 9:00 AM EST * *Operating Hours:* 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM EST * *Schedule:* Monday-Friday, 8.5hour onsite shifts Compensation * Competitive hourly pay plus incentive opportunities * Additional performancebased earning potential What You'll Do * Deliver onecall resolution for client questions and concerns * Handle inbound calls related to policy questions, updates, and changes * Assist with cancellation saves and autopay enrollment * Accurately document calls, client interactions, and inbound leads * Follow up on pending items to ensure full resolution * Build strong client relationships and contribute to team success What We're Looking For * Strong customer service and communication skills (phone and email) * Reliable, punctual, and comfortable multitasking in a fastpaced environment * Positive, professional, and customerfocused mindset * Motivated to learn, grow, and advance within the organization *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pittston, PA. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
