This facility uses automated packaging equipment and utilities to manufacture and distribute Home Care and Laundry products. This position is primarily focused on palletizing, with a requirement to learn Forklift Truck Operator (FTO) responsibilities to support material movement as needed.Starting Hourly rate: $24.63 with shift differential (if applicable for overnight hours). Shift-12hr. schedule, operating in a 2-2-3, in a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment. Offering excellent compensation and benefits package.In this role, you will:Palletizing:Operate and monitor robotic palletizers to build finished goods palletsEnsure pallets meet quality standards (stable, correct pattern, properly wrapped)Verify labels and product information before releasing pallets in EWMClear palletizer faults and keep product flowing from production linesStage completed pallets in the correct areas for warehouse pickupPerform basic cleaning and inspection of palletizing equipmentTroubleshoot palletizer issues and support basic mechanical adjustmentsMaintain equipment in good working condition and report larger issuesLearn and perform basic preventative maintenance (PM) tasks on palletizing equipmentEWM / System Tasks:Confirm finished pallets in EWM using RF scannersEnsure correct handling unit (HU) and location assignmentReport and help correct any inventory or labeling issuesMaintain accuracy between physical product and system transactionsFTO (Required Training)Learn and become certified to operate a forkliftMove pallets from production to staging or warehouse locationsSupport loading, unloading, and material movement as neededWhat we look for:High school diploma or equivalent preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentWilling to learn EWM (RF scanning) and forklift operationStrong focus on safety and qualityBasic mechanical or equipment awareness preferredPrimary focus is palletizing operationsForklift (FTO) skills are required and will be trainedOvertime and weekend work may be required. Work periods of 12 hr. shifts.Strong attention to detail, able to follow established procedures and protocols. Other transferable skills such as mechanics, maintenance, blow molding, or machine-shop (preferred). Military/Veteran experience (preferred). Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the production area for extended periods. Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching to operate and maintain equipment. Manual dexterity for handling tools, parts, and machinery components. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures, noise levels, and exposure to machinery.
