By modernizing bedside procedures like EVD placements and intracranial pressure monitoring, we are protecting patients, empowering clinicians, and reducing reliance on the operating room.Role OverviewReporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Clinical Sales Specialist is the clinical and commercial anchor for our cutting-edge cranial access technology. Leveraging your deep Neuro ICU expertise, you will drive adoption, educate critical care teams, and provide vital support during bedside procedures. This role bridges the gap between clinical excellence and commercial growth, ensuring that neurosurgeons, residents, and advanced practice providers are fully supported and confident when using the Hubly Drill.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Education & Training: Lead hands-on in-services and training sessions for Neuro ICU staff, neurosurgeons, and APPs on the safe, effective use of the Hubly Auto-Stop Drill and Cranial Access Kit.Case Coverage: Provide expert, real-time clinical support during bedside procedures (e.g., EVD and ICP monitor placements) to ensure optimal patient outcomes and seamless device integration.Sales & Account Growth: Identify new opportunities within target hospital systems, build strong relationships with key clinical decision-makers, and drive technology adoption.Clinical Advocacy: Act as a peer-to-peer resource, translating clinical workflow benefits into compelling value propositions for hospital stakeholders and purchasing committees.Market Feedback: Serve as the frontline voice of the customer, relaying clinical feedback, user experiences, and market trends back to the commercial and product teams to guide future innovations.QualificationsClinical Experience (Required): Direct, hands-on experience working in a Neuro Intensive Care Unit (Neuro ICU). A deep understanding of bedside neurosurgical procedures is essential.Education (Preferred): Registered Nurse (RN) degree.Commercial Aptitude: Previous experience in medical device sales, clinical education, or a clinical specialist role is a major plus. We will also strongly consider highly motivated clinicians with a drive to transition into the commercial medical device space.Communication: Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with highly specialized surgeons, critical care teams, and hospital administration.Drive: Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.Travel: Ability to travel, with up to 60% overnight travel required within the assigned territory.
