Human Resources GeneralistLeddy Group is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support a mission-driven organization in New Hampshire. This role partners with leadership and hiring managers and plays a key role across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll/benefits administration, and HR operations.Responsibilities of the Human Resources GeneralistManage full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, offers, onboarding, and offboardingServe as a resource to hiring managers on interview best practices and compliant hiring processesAdminister onboarding and new hire orientation programsSupport performance management, employee development, and training initiativesCoordinate payroll, benefits, HRIS, and leave administration with external vendorsMaintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with state and federal employment regulationsConduct exit interviews, analyze trends, and provide recommendations to improve retention and engagementTrack HR metrics and support continuous process improvement initiativesQualifications of the Human Resources GeneralistBachelor’s degree preferred (HR, Business Administration, or related field)3-5 years of HR experience, with strength in recruiting and employee developmentExperience with payroll processing, benefits administration, HRIS, and multi-state complianceStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalismPlease share your resume in confidence for this Human Resources Generalist opportunity.
