Human Resources Generalist- Employee Relations & Engagement  Northeast Orthopaedic Alliance (NOA)Location: New Hampshire Based (Concord, Bedford, Nashua, Salem) Position Type: Full-Time | In-PersonCompensation: $65,000–$85,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications Position Summary Northeast Orthopaedic Alliance (NOA) is seeking an experienced and relationship-focused Human Resources Generalist to support our growing shared services medical private practice environment. This in-person role, based out of our Concord Orthopaedic office, will also require travel to other New Hampshire-based orthopaedic offices as needed. The HR Generalist will work closely with the Vice President of Human Resources to support all New Hampshire divisions of NOA. The HR Generalist will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture, strengthening employee engagement, supporting leadership initiatives, and serving as a trusted HR partner to employees and management teams. This position is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and enjoys balancing day-to-day employee support with broader organizational initiatives. In addition, this role will support leadership development efforts across the organization by helping provide training, coaching, and resources designed to strengthen management capabilities, employee communication, and staff development. Key Responsibilities Employee Relations & HR Support Serve as a primary HR contact for managers and employees across NH divisions of NOA  Support employee relations matters with professionalism, discretion, and a solutions-oriented approach  Assist leadership with coaching, conflict resolution, performance management, and employee support  Promote consistency in HR practices, policies, and procedures across divisions  Support HR compliance initiatives and maintain confidentiality in handling employee matters  Culture & Employee Engagement Partner with leadership to strengthen employee morale, workplace culture, and engagement initiatives  Coordinate employee recognition programs, wellness activities, and team-building efforts in collaboration with the NOA HR Team Assist with employee engagement surveys and support action planning initiatives  Help identify opportunities to improve communication, morale, and team effectiveness across divisions  Support retention efforts through employee feedback and leadership collaboration  Help create a positive and inclusive employee experience throughout the organization  Leadership Development & Training Coordinate and help facilitate leadership training programs across the organization  Partner with leadership teams to strengthen management effectiveness and communication  Support the development of supervisors and emerging leaders through coaching and educational initiatives  Assist in creating training resources and development opportunities that support employee growth and organizational success  Promote accountability, collaboration, and professional development across all levels of the organization  Leadership & Organizational Support Coordinate and participate in leadership meetings and HR-related initiatives  Work collaboratively with the VP of HR to support organizational goals and strategic HR priorities  Build trusted relationships with physicians, management teams, and employees at all levels  Support communication efforts and organizational change initiatives  HR Operations Assist with onboarding, employee transitions, and other HR administrative functions as needed  Support recruiting coordination and candidate experience initiatives as needed  Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations  Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred  3–5 years of Human Resources experience required  Previous experience supporting a shared services environment, healthcare organization, physician practice, or multi-site medical practice strongly preferred  Experience facilitating leadership training or employee development initiatives preferred  Strong employee relations and interpersonal communication skills  Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility with leadership and staff  Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail  Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems, ADP experience a plus What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will be comfortable balancing day-to-day employee relations support with strategic initiatives focused on leadership development, employee retention, and organizational engagement.
