This is a fully onsite role where you'll be managing lab systems, supporting users, and ensuring smooth IT operations.Important: This is a 100% onsite role remote work is not available.What You'll Do:Manage and support lab computers and instruments as a system administrator.Provide desktop support and customer service for end users.Handle transitions of IT services from other vendors.Troubleshoot and support Microsoft operating systems (Windows XP, 7, 10) and MS Office applications.Work with Linux systems (a plus).Manage SCCM patching , Active Directory , and antivirus tools .Perform imaging and image creation for systems.Support Windows 10 deployments and lead or participate in OS migrations .Troubleshoot network issues and provide hardware/software support.What You Bring:Hands-on experience supporting lab IT environments .Strong skills in Microsoft technologies , IT hardware/software , and network troubleshooting .Familiarity with Linux is a plus.Solid knowledge of SCCM, Active Directory, and imaging tools .Understanding of ITIL processes and experience with ServiceNow .Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to deliver high-quality support in a fast-paced environment.
