We are seeking an experienced Crane & Heavy Equipment Operator to support drilled shaft and foundation operations on projects across multiple locations.Key Responsibilities Operate cranes in support of drilled shaft installation and heavy lifting operationsOperate additional heavy equipment as needed, including: ExcavatorsSkid steersBackhoesWater trucksSafely rig and lift materials in coordination with ground crews and supervisorsPerform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenanceFollow lift plans, site safety protocols, and OSHA regulationsWork collaboratively with crew members and site supervisionPerform work during night shifts and in varying weather conditions as requiredQualifications License: Valid CDL Class A (required); tanker endorsement preferredCertification: NCCCO/OSHA crane certification (required)Experience: Proven crane and heavy equipment operating experience on civil or foundation projectsTravel: Willingness to travel regularly for out-of-town workWork Environment: Ability to work outdoors year-round and during night shiftsTeamwork: Strong communication skills and ability to follow directionCompensation & Benefits Additional hourly pay for crane certificationPer diem for travel assignmentsOvertime opportunitiesFull union health and pension benefitsCompany Paid Time Off (PTO) programCompany-supported training and certificationsWhy Join Conti LLC?
