We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Equipment Crew Operator to support our Drilled Shaft Operations team. Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain heavy equipment including: Skid steer Backhoe Water truck Mini excavator Assist with drilled shaft installation and related site preparation Follow direction from site supervision and work collaboratively with crew members Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with company and OSHA regulations Perform duties in various weather conditions and during night shifts as needed Qualifications: Experience: Demonstrated proficiency operating the listed equipment License: Valid CDL Class “A” with tanker endorsement (required) Certifications: OSHA/NCCO equivalent crane certification (preferred; earns additional hourly pay) Travel: Willingness to travel regularly for out-of-town assignments Work Conditions: Comfortable working outdoors year-round and during night shifts Teamwork: Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team Compensation & Benefits: Additional Pay: Crane certification earns extra hourly compensation Per Diem: Paid for travel assignments Overtime: Regularly available Union Benefits: Full health and pension benefits through Local Union PTO: Company Paid Time Off program available Training: Company-sponsored OSHA crane training available Why Join Conti Corporation?
