Conduct monthly reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness. Support month-end close activities, including preparing journal entries and maintaining key financial records. Provide outstanding support for audits and compliance requirements. Maintain and update the standard operating procedures for all accounts receivable tasks. Lead and mentor a team, encouraging an inclusive and collaborative environment. Minimum QualificationsProven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision. Strong understanding of company policies, procedures, and objectives. High School diploma or equivalent experience is required. Preferred QualificationsAn associate or bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred. 2+ years of experience and a solid understanding of accounting concepts, practices, and procedures.
