This opportunity offers long-term remote flexibility following an initial onboarding period in-office.Position OverviewThe Tax Manager will work closely with business owners and high-net-worth clients, providing tax compliance, planning, and advisory services across a diverse client portfolio. This is a client-facing role with strong exposure to strategic advisory work alongside traditional tax responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and review complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trustsDeliver proactive tax planning and advisory solutionsBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsMentor and support junior staff membersCollaborate with leadership on client strategy and business development initiativesEnsure compliance with federal and state tax regulations and deadlinesRequirementsCPA preferredPublic accounting tax experience requiredPrior experience at Manager or experienced Senior levelStrong client communication and relationship management skillsExperience reviewing returns and leading engagementsAbility to work independently within a collaborative environmentAdditional InformationRemote flexibility available after initial onboarding periodCandidate must be Florida basedCandidates should be willing to work in-office for the first 90 days to integrate with the team, systems, and processesCompetitive compensation and long-term growth opportunity within an established advisory-focused firm
