Consumer Packaged Goods Sales Manager

If so, we want to hear from you! The Café Yumm! Business Office has an opening for a salaried full-time Consumer Packaged Goods Sales Manager in Eugene, OR. This position may be fully remote but preferably located in Oregon or Washington. The CPG Sales Manager plays a key role in Beau Delicious! Int., LLC by managing the execution and growth of Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Sales. All Team Members must be familiar with and follow to the best of their ability the Purpose, Mission Statement, and Core Values. Wages and Benefits: Starting Salary between $75,000-$80,000 annually, depending on experience. 401(K) plan with employer match Free shift meals Discretionary bonuses 100% company paid employee medical, dental, and life insurance 20 days of Paid Time Off annually 11 paid holidays annually Essential Functions: Manage CPG sales by assisting in the development of a business plan that covers CPG sales, revenue, and expense controls. Manage the expansion of Café Yumm!’s retail product line offerings into grocery stores, Café Yumm! restaurants, and direct mail. Meet planned CPG sales goals and objectives. Recommend monthly, quarterly, and annual CPG sales targets. Track CPG sales goals and report results. Assist in identifying emerging markets and market shifts; understand new products and competition within the market. Collaborate with the Marketing Department to increase sales within existing and new markets. Assist with gaining insight and expertise on our customers and how they relate to our CPG product. Manage department budget and track expenditures. Manage a team of sales representatives, if any, to meet department sales objectives. Manage and maintain the Standard Operating Procedures for the department. Perform all other tasks as assigned. Your Education and Experience: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience. At least 3 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or another related field. At least one year managerial, supervisory, or project management experience.
