Lead with purpose as an Anesthesia Director in a high-performing surgical environment in Post Falls, Idaho. This role blends clinical excellence with strategic leadership, overseeing anesthesia services across multiple surgical suites and procedural areas while maintaining a manageable call schedule of just 2-3 days per month. As Director, you will guide clinical standards, operational performance, quality initiatives, and team development ensuring safe, efficient, and patient-centered anesthesia care. Both full-time and part-time options are available, offering flexibility within a leadership-level position.
