About the JobA fast-growing concierge geriatric medical practice is seeking a Business Development Manager to accelerate growth alongside company leadership. This role is responsible for driving new client acquisitions, managing the sales pipeline, and cultivating strategic referral networks.Apply via LinkedIn or email your resume to resume@confidencepartners.comAbout the RoleYou'll drive lead generation and partnerships, identify and open relationships with senior living, physicians, concierge practices, family offices, estate and elder law, wealth advisors, plus targeted corporate offerings.ResponsibilitiesRun discovery and close, consultative conversations with adult children and decision makers, create proposals, negotiate, close, hand off cleanly.Member success and upsell, short post-sale cadence to confirm value, capture referrals, expand services.Own the CRM, pipeline hygiene, stage definitions, forecast, speed to lead, follow up cadences, reporting.Lead events and co-marketing, small salons, webinars, physician talks, senior living activations, with light content creation.Message market fit, test scripts, track results, scale what works.Collaborate cross-functionally, coordinate with Care Advocates, maintain HIPAA-aware communication practices.Nurture business and client relationships to establish and maintain high trust.Track pipeline development collaboratively and provide operational support to achieve weekly, quarterly, and annual targets.Monitor local market dynamics and referral trends, communicating market insights and opportunities back to the broader team.Conduct detailed market research to identify and qualify high-net-worth prospects.Map key local intermediaries (fiduciaries, physicians, attorneys) to build a sustainable referral pipeline.Coordinate outreach, research target organizations, identify key contacts, and assist in developing programs for ongoing, long-term referrals.Execute tasks collaboratively, balancing independent work with active team participation.ExperienceYou have a demonstrated history of sales success, particularly in healthcare services, concierge medicine, or high-touch professional services.Travel While this is a remote-first position, you must reside in the Los Angeles or Orange County area and be willing to travel locally to meet with members, prospective clients and your team in person as required.
