The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships. Their focus will be on promoting our landscape services, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their landscaping requirements.Role and Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the landscaping sectorGenerate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry eventsCultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing exceptional service, and offering solutions that align with their goalsCollaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and preferencesPresent and tailor proposals that demonstrate our capabilities and address client requirements effectivelyContribute to the development of sales strategies, including pricing models, promotional activities, and market positioning, to increase the company's market share and revenueWork closely with the operations and design teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projectsCoordinate effectively to meet client expectations and deadlinesStay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demandsUse this information to adjust sales tactics, improve service offerings, and identify potential areas for growthReporting and ForecastingMaintain accurate records of sales activities, prepare regular sales reports, and provide forecasts to management regarding potential sales volumes and revenueQualifications/ Skills:Demonstrated success in sales within the landscape industry or related fieldStrong understanding of landscaping products, services, and industry practicesExcellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team membersAbility to negotiate and close deals while maintaining client satisfactionSelf-motivated with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targetsAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
