That means we’re building our teams RIGHT NOW with people who want to grow their careers with us.THE STAND MANAGER ROLEAs a Stand Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations, culture, energy, and customer experience of your stand.This is not a “sit-in-the-office” management role. Almost 100% of your time will be spent working shoulder-to-shoulder with your team:Running shifts, working positions, and coaching baristasMaking drinks & serving customersYou’ll help manage sales, labor, operations, and store performance, but your REAL job is leading people, building culture, and setting the vibe in the stand!Creating a positive, high-energy environment that customers can feel the second they pull upWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORStrong leadership and team management skills. You can motivate and inspire a team1-2 years of previous experience in the coffee, food service, or hospitality industry as a manager or assistant managerAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining attention to detailUnderstanding of operational management, inventory, and compliance with company policiesWorkweek is typically Wednesday through Sunday. Weekends are some of our busiest (and most fun) shifts.
