Title: Reliability Development Engineer Location: Raymond, OH (Onsite) Type: Full-Time PermanentKey Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or related Engineering with experience in Vehicle Reliability, Durability Testing, or Validation Engineering• Experience with CATIA or SolidWorks, FEA tools (Abaqus, Nastran, HyperMesh, LS-DYNA), and engineering data analysis• Knowledge of Data Acquisition Systems, MATLAB, Python, or Java scripting, and root cause analysis for automotive systems• Experience planning and executing Reliability Tests, Validation Activities, Countermeasure Development, and collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams
