This role is ideal for professionals who thrive at the intersection of marketing technology, operations, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.Key Responsibilities:• Lead implementation and optimization of marketing systems and platforms• Manage workflows, DAM systems, CMS tools, analytics dashboards, and digital platforms• Partner with IT, marketing teams, agencies, and vendors for seamless integrations• Develop training programs, onboarding materials, and operational best practices• Build reporting dashboards and improve operational KPIs• Support governance, compliance, process improvement, and change management initiativesRequired Skills:5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, MarTech, or Marketing Project ManagementExperience with workflow tools, DAMs, CMS, analytics, and enterprise marketing platformsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced matrixed environmentPreferred:• Experience in Medical Devices, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or other regulated industries• Experience implementing enterprise marketing systems and operational frameworks
