Growth Marketing Manager

We are on a mission to elevate restoration contractor workflows, so restorers spend less time on paperwork and more time helping their clients.ResponsibilitiesLead go-to-market strategy for Capabuild's product releases and feature updates, driving alignment across product, sales, and customer success.Develop clear, resonant positioning and messaging for restoration and mitigation contractors - both field crews and back-office teams.Conduct ongoing competitive research and customer discovery to sharpen Capabuild's value proposition in the restoration technology market.Translate product capabilities into benefit-driven narratives that speak to the pain points of project managers, estimators, and field supervisors.Build and maintain sales enablement materials - pitch decks, one-pagers, demo guides, objection-handling resources, and customer case studies.Work closely with marketing to plan and execute campaigns, trade show presence, webinars, and digital programs targeting restoration contractors.Define and monitor product marketing KPIs including pipeline contribution, feature adoption, and win/loss trends.Collect and synthesize voice-of-customer insights to help inform roadmap decisions and sharpen buyer personas.Requirements3+ years in product marketing, preferably within B2B SaaS, construction tech, or field service management software.Ability to understand and communicate technical product features to non-technical audiences in a clear and compelling way.Experience owning end-to-end product launches and GTM execution.Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools.Background in or strong familiarity with the restoration, mitigation, or property services industry is a plus.BenefitsWork alongside an experienced team solving real problems for the industry's top contractors.Flexible remote work environment.Opportunity to contribute to the growth of a transformative tech platform.
