The unit has 19 beds with a patient ratio of 1-2:1 for Labor and Delivery and 3:1 for postpartum. Advanced skills such as performing versions, circumcisions, and C-sections are needed. The documentation system used is Meditech Expanse and CPN Connect. The staffing includes nurses, unit coordinators, a manager, and a director. The facility provides a team-oriented environment focused on patient-centered care. Doulas and massage therapy are available upon patient request.
