Job Summary: As a Server at our establishment, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include taking customer orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their visit. Duties: - Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items - Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly - Serve meals and drinks in a timely manner while adhering to presentation standards - Provide recommendations on menu items and specials, showcasing knowledge of fine dining options - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register with precision - Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests - Follow food safety protocols to uphold quality standards and ensure customer well-being - Utilize sales techniques to upsell menu items and promote specials effectively.
