We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and service-oriented professional to join our team and help create a positive dining experience for every guest. In this role, you will play an important part in delivering excellent customer service, maintaining smooth table operations, and supporting a welcoming atmosphere. What You’ll Do Greet guests promptly and provide attentive, courteous service throughout their visit. Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations when appropriate. Accurately take food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar. Deliver orders in a timely manner and ensure accuracy before serving. Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and respond professionally to requests or concerns. Process payments accurately and handle transactions according to company procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations. Coordinate effectively with team members to support efficient service during busy periods. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace policies. What We’re Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
