Senior Manager Financial Reporting
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Sr. Manager of Financial Reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial reporting and ensuring compliance with SEC regulations and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
Ensure timely and accurate filing of all SEC reports, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K.
Draft and review technical accounting memorandums for complex transactions.
Coordinate with external auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audits.
Maintain and strengthen internal controls over financial reporting to ensure SOX compliance.
Provide leadership and guidance to the financial reporting team.
Stay abreast of industry trends and SEC reporting requirements to ensure best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s degree preferred).
Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
2+ years of public accounting experience, preferably with a Big 4 firm.
Proven experience in writing technical accounting memorandums and SEC financial reporting.
Strong understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley Act and internal controls.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
