The lab includes one procedural room and operates with a staff of 3-4 during the day shift. Staffing consists of a mix of Registered Nurses and technicians, alongside a supervisor. There are no night shifts or weekend requirements. The patient-to-staff ratio is 1:1 during procedures. Required equipment includes Philips monitoring systems, and the EMR is Meditech. Typical procedures performed include standard implant procedures and various electrophysiology ablation cases. Candidates should have experience with high-volume procedures.
