FinOps Developer

To support cloud cost management initiatives, the full-time FinOps Developer will analyze usage trends, create dashboards, and collaborate with engineering and finance teams to optimize cloud expenditure while ensuring compliance with budgetary constraints in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Monitor cloud expenditures and forecast spending to ensure alignment with budget limits Build and maintain reports and dashboards for financial stakeholders, enhancing cost visibility and accountability Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for cost optimization and enforce tagging standards for accurate reporting Required qualifications Strong understanding of cloud architecture and infrastructure services Experience managing Kubernetes clusters Development background with skills in scripting or building automation tools for cloud operations Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools, such as Terraform Experience with cloud cost management or FinOps practices
