Job Overview: Search Solution Group is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources on behalf of our client, a manufacturing organization. The Vice President of Human Resources is a strategic leader responsible for aligning people strategies with overall business objectives. This role plays a critical part in building scalable HR infrastructure, driving talent initiatives, and supporting organizational growth.
